Richard has been marketing real estate in the Christchurch and Canterbury region since 1992. He is enthusiastic, hard working with a positive attitude towards life and his approach to work. He combines this with his passion and commitment for real estate. Richard believes on a hands on approach and strongly believes the sale of one’s home and greatest asset should be treated with the utmost importance and respect.

Richard prides himself on building relationships and has a great reputation amongst his clients, many of whom continue to work with him long-term and refer him to family, friends and associates.
