Paul joined the multi-award winning team at Ray White Metro in 2017. Ray White Metro was the obvious choice as they are internationally known and respected for their high levels of excellence in customer service and satisfaction, not to mention consistently ranked as one of the top performing franchises in Australasia.
Wanting to progress from sales into management, Paul wanted to learn and grow in an ethical, family focused company that has an unrelenting drive to succeed for our customers & clients by always doing the right thing and carefully crafting solutions to often complex problems.
The legal aspects of a career in real estate including legislation, compliance, disclosure and contract case law has always fascinated him and he continues to absorb and grow knowledge in those areas.
An avid auction advocate, Paul strives for excellence in training and execution. He has also developed very strong negotiation skills after 10 years in real estate and feels that a no pressure and transparent approach is best.
Paul strongly believes in contributing to society and making life a little more bearable for those in need. Currently a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and previously involved in Youthline, Surf Lifesaving & Coastguard. Paul has also called a number of charity auctions including notably Ronald McDonald House.
In his spare time Paul loves to keep fit and other hobbies included reading books, movies, travelling, swimming and poker.
