Simon Fergusson is proud to be part of the Ray White Metro team, working alongside Jiby Thomas as a dedicated Sales Associate. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and brings a professional background that combines residential real estate, commercial photography, and teaching. This diverse experience allows Simon to approach every campaign with both creativity and precision.

Having lived and travelled overseas for many years, Simon has developed a broad perspective and strong communication skills that serve his clients well. Originally from Canterbury, he offers in-depth local knowledge of Christchurch and its surrounding suburbs, while also understanding the needs of clients relocating from abroad or other regions.
